Physical Products (Print on Demand)

All physical products are printed on demand and made to order. Returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection are not accepted.

A replacement or full refund will be offered if your item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item or incorrect print, or your order is lost in transit. To request a replacement or refund, contact lorrainemay.author@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Printify's quality guarantee is honoured in full. The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Printables & Bonus Content)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

An exception will be made if the file is corrupt or fails to download — please contact lorrainemay.author@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. A replacement file or full refund will be provided.
